It feels like bugs are crawling all on be but mostly on my head.

Try Borax, cheap and effective treatment. Just sprinkle the powder between the lower and upper mattress, you can also put some under the sheets. The bugs should be gone within a week. Borax also works for fleas. You can buy it at any store in detergent aisle.
