Where can I post a review of a rental building infested with bed bugs?
I would like to warn others against renting in this NYC building, and staying away from this awful landlord.

Locally I suppose. But first assure me that you or another tenant did not bring the bedbugs in. I hope the point is not lost.

Sneak up in the middle of the night and put flyers all over the building.
When he takes them down, replace them.
If he stands outside waiting for you – get sneakier – maybe give a homeless guy a couple of bucks to hand them out to people.
You can try Yahoo, Do a search for the landlord or apartment building along with the city and state. If it is listed Yahoo usually gives you the option to review it.
