The only way to completely get rid of bedbugs is to throw away your mattress, so yes technically
If you have them you should probably contact a professional, they’ll ahve the best advice for dealing with them

Check under your bed sheets to see if you see any bed bugs. Most likely if you do have bed bugs in your room, your going to have to throw out your bed. If you can see them on the outside of your bed, most likely their are on the inside too, and its very difficult to get them out from there. just throw it out and start fresh . you would also have to consider throwin out anything else near your bed, like your dresser etc..
Well it would help if you saw saw a bug. bed buts can cause infections. i would try to find one and then tell your mom. bed bugs aren’t something to play around with. and the bed bugs are there and sometimes no matter what you do. more will come. i would get a new bed a hire a exterminator so they could tell you were they came from and what to do to get rid of them. I know it’s embarrassing to say “i have bedbugs” but it could get serious.
