wash your sheets often, and vacuum your bed at least once a month.

Bed bugs have to be carried into the home. They can be picked up in a store, movie theater, at work, on a plane or public transportation. You can even pick them up when visiting a friends house or when riding in their car.

Bed bugs can also be delivered to your house with new or used furniture. For example, the same truck that delivers a new mattress, carts away the old mattress. If someone had bed bugs, they can spread to your new mattress.

It’s best to know what to look for and be aware. Pictures are a good place to start, which are provided in the resource.

You don’t need to go to hotels to get them. They get into your things: clothes, shoes, socks and you can get them at your friend’s house or at a store. Call a Pest control exterminator. Good luck
