Is it bed bugs or just dirt and skin irriation?
I have found black dots on my sheets and also get irritations on my legs, can this be bed bugs since I only see little swelled bumps on my legs and no where else on my body or is it just dirt speckles on my bed?

Could be bed bugs.If you have a dog or cat sleep on your bed at night,those dots could be flea droppings.Fleas don’t infect humans but they bite you.

if the bites on your legs are in clusters then I would say it’s bed bugs! Either way, wash your bedding in hot water with some bleach.
