I would see a doctor…It could be a number of things.

If you think they’re bed bug bites wash your sheets and pillow cases and get liners for the pillows and wash with a moisturizing bodywash to clean the scabs and wash away any irritants that may bother these sores. You may have a skin allergy if you’re getting sores on yourself. Go to a dermotologist and have it checked out and possibly treated.
could be scabies, and there is a prescription cream that you rub on once, leave it on, rub on again 1 week later, and this clears it up. It’s prescription only, and it’s called permithrin cream. you also need to get a lice kit with the spray, and wash and spray all over your mattress.
