Spiders aren’t going to eradicate bedbugs. I imagine they feed on them if they can find them, but bedbugs reproduce quickly, there are a lot of them, and even if the number of spiders in a typical household could kill an entire colony of bedbugs, successful predators don’t exterminate their prey populations.
As for bedbugs vs. cats, they don’t care about each other.
