before you go to bed read a bed time story out loud it might make the bugs fall asleep.

http://www.badbedbugs.com Clicking to the right on checking a room will tell you about hotel rooms. When traveling it is best to keep the suitcases off the floor and closed. Nothing on the floor. Rubbing alcohol repels bed bugs. Checking the mattress for bugs in a motel helps. Putting a cover on the mattress, box springs and pillows at home will help. Vacuuming will let you know if they are there.
