I’m sorry, but nothing… unless you buy a new matress. 🙁

Don’t leave your duvet on the bed when you’re not sleeping in it, because the warm conditions this creates encourages bed bugs. That will reduce them, but obviously once you’ve got an infestation, there isn’t really much you can do. Invest in a new matress is probably the only sure way to get rid of them.

unfortunately, there is no easy way. steam the mattress, cover it in a natural pesticide (you NEED to use natural since you are going to be sleeping there), there are covers that you can zip over the mattress so the ones inside cant eat anything and die and helps repel any new ones. traps you can put around the legs of your bedframe so they cant climb up. if its cold where you are, you can go stay at a hotel for awhile and turn off the heat in your house and freeze them all. bed bugs just dont have an “easy” solution.

Treating your bed won’t really solve your bed bug problem but at least it can help you control the bugs somewhat and stop or decrease any bites.

Strip the bed of all bedding. Launder all of it in high heat and then dry at the highest setting.

Thoroughly vacuum the bed, boxspring, headboard and bed frame. Make sure that you get all the gaps that are formed where the different parts of the bed frame meet.

Pull your bed away from the wall. The only place the bed should contact anything is the four feet touching the floor.

Buy bed bug proof mattress and boxspring encasements (google search it) and put them on. Any bed bugs that you didn’t get are now sealed inside. Bed bugs can live a year without a meal so you will need to leave these on.

Now put all your bedding back on. Make sure nothing of it touches the floors, the wall or any furniture. You still want the bed only touching the floor, and only by the 4 legs.

You can still move bed bugs to the bed if you put infested items on there (luggage, clothes, remote control, telephone, etc) so be very careful what you put on there.

Bed bugs will sometimes drop into the bed from the ceiling. They also can get up through the legs of the bed. You can try using Climbup interceptors (http://www.insect-interceptor.com). They are made for bed bug detection but they might help cut down on bed bugs getting into the bed.

Also, don’t keep stuff under the bed. It gives bed bugs more places to hide and can give them an extra method of reaching your bed.
