wash them in HOT water w/detergent and READ the way it says on the source website!!!!!!!
Put it out under a hot sun for a few hours & let them bake, they can run or die under the heat, then give your mattress a good whacking with a stick/beater to remove the bugs, mites, whatever… helps to get rid of that sweaty smell too.
Sprinkle Borax everywhere, Cheap and it works for most bugs.
In England call in the local authority who will have the equipment needed, In America I don’t know, try catching the individuals and placing them one at a time on your thumb nail. Squeeze with the other nail until you hear a very satisfying pop, got the little bedbugger…………….
Strip your bed — wash everything in hot water–vacuum the mattress /floor / under the bed— take the vacuum outside the house and seal(burn) the vacuum bag in plastic bags.
Sprinkle salt on the mattress,floor ,and cover with a plastic cover(to sleep on for a day, or so.
A couple 2 or3 bucks will buy a can of bug spray.
Put the pillows in the dryer on high heat — to kill those little critters.

Matresses are really cheap sometimes, and if you cant afford an expensive one straight away, get a cheap one and save for a better one then.
Catalogues sell matresses, if you become an agent for them and use the club account in your own name only.
You get to pay weekly, interest free, and you get commision and cashback with some of them.. Theyre a good investment for people who cant afford to pay cash outright for stuff..
Get a new matress. Singles can start from around £29, double £39 and King £49.. you’ll be glad you did
use a steam cleaner everyday that will kill them and the eggs, after you have done that run a hoover quickly, before it gets cold the matress i mean.
Consider soem Kleen-Free or ecbugfree that you buyonline at http://www.kleen-free.comas this is a chemical free spray that works to break down teh exoskeletyon of the bedbugs that it is sprayed on.
You need to be thorough wiyh thid and continue to apply it if this is all you are going ot use instead of using it in conjunction with a chemical application.
