Question by paulwalker731:
BEDBUGS!! AHHH! WHAT TO DO??

i was cleaning the downstairs of my house and sorting through dusty bags of old clothes so i could donate them. i had to take the clothes and bags outside so i could shake off all teh bugs or dust there was. then after i brought the cltohes back in i was realllly really itchy and then i took a hot shower and i stopped being itchy but after 30 min of being dry, i started feeling itchy again. so i went to bed itchy and kept waking up through the night scratching my legs. turns out i have a bug bite on the bag of my leg this morning. idk if its bedbugs or if its just a mosquite bite but ive never been this itchy before continuously on my legs all over. the clothes were pretty old and the ground was pretty dusty and had a few dead bugs there. im glad i vaccuumed everything after tho.

do i have bedbugs on me? im feeling itchy right now even. this isnt mosquito bite itchy, this is like bedbug itchy all over. i just recently took a scalding hot shower like 2 hours ago and im feeling a teeny bit better. i read that you should take a hot shower and wash ur clothes in hot water in case you have bed bugs. i did all that but im still itchy? what do u think? i think im getting paranoid just thinking of it all

those arnt bedbugs. its body lice.
body lice are really small so u cant see them but they still itch and tend to leave small red marks that hurt and itch. they have body wash that kills the lice and yea. wash ur sheets and comfortor.

we got this from a puppy we had bought.
i ended up having to get a prescription for it. it was a lotion we had to use 3 times a day.
but the other measures we took was bleaching our sheets (if possible) if not use something like clorox 2 for the disinfectant.
and get some of the lice spray from the store it is called bedding spray.
it shoud help kill it on your bed.

you cannot see bed bugs but if you pull up the sheets on your bed you can look close at the crevices in your mattress and you will see signs but i dont think that it is because you got them after the dusty bag stuff. it could be dust mite bites. and i would get rid of those clothes and clean bedding and maybe get some anit body itching powder
