The pest control guys threw my furniture out when they first came a lil over a week ago and now the landlord came and threw the rest out.

I would say if the landlord and his agents threw out your furniture they do have to replace it, up to the value of the old furniture. I’ve never heard of a landlord doing this.

Well, how long have you been there? a while? Um, if he’s a good landlord i’d say yes, but its not their responsibility really to replace furniture that had bed bugs, unfortunately. Talk to him about it, he should be able to help out since he is going to have to buy furniture regardless for his next tenant! Good luck sweety!
