Vacuum twice a week. If possible put mattress outside in direct hot sun. Spray mattress liberally once a day with aerosol fly spray (insecticide), shut door for 20 minutes and leave.
Nothing should survive that.

clean your sheets and turn your mattress over regularly

Home Depot has a product for that in a spray can, check in the aisle with all the cleaning products.

If you get a new mattress and boxspring, then invest in the encasements which can be found at the Allergy Buyers Club or other sources online.

Try Heatsolete.Fluid is super heated and run thruogh heater units. In a few short minutes your place will be hot enough to kill any bug there. It works so fast that bugs do not have a chance to flee as they did with older technology. It is also much safer then the other heat treatment tech that uses propane to super heat air and force it in your home. You must have your windows open for this technology, which totally defeats the purpose. VA:F [1.9.22_1171]please wait…VA:F [1.9.22_1171](from 0 votes)
