get a new mattress (and box spring too). burn the old one! it has eggs that are probably buried pretty deep.
Also exterminate the room with bug foggers.

honestly you cant unless you get a new bed every few weeks because there are always microscopic bugs in any non-new bed
if you knew how many you would freak i swear
go to the Hardware Store and Purchas a Product called Lindane. Follow the directions on the Bottle and spray all areas. This will get rid of them.
You have to exterminate and clean EVERYTHING in your bedrooms.
