I have been living in a house fro around 10 Months and discovered bed bugs? Who should I contact?
I Believe to have bed bugs and have 1 months tenency left but do NOT want to live here. Is there any legal bindings which will mean i will have to pay this? or will I be entitled to claim rent back? I am currently a Student and have no idea about this topic.

Ewww, talk to the landlord.
The same people you would call to your own home if there were rats, roaches etc. But this case let your landlord know the problem first otherwise he may refuse to pay the bill.
