Question by GnatClapper:
How do I have a relationship with a girl who has bed bugs?

Hey guys I need some help. My girlfriend has bed bugs and we never get to see each other anymore or go over each other’s houses. Today were going to the movies. We miss each other so much. Do you guys have any tips on how I could be safe while enjoying our time together? I wanna hold her and everything and I would really want to bring her in the house to relax but I don’t want the bugs.

Bed bugs usually bite, then return to their hiding place. Never staying on a person. Sometimes they can be carried around in clothing, but if your girl wears freshly laundered cloths (hot water and the heat of the dryer kills them), things should be fine. Why don’t you help her get rid of them at her house?

How to Kill Bed Bugs at Home
The same rules on how to kill bed bugs while traveling apply at home: vaccum your living space relentlessly, including furniture, changing the bag outside (hatchlings can wiggle through a stitch hole). Wash or dry clean everything moveable (clothes, bedspreads, throw rugs) in hottest water.

Or hire an exterminator !

What I do is AI buy ‘Off” and spray it on the sheets before lying on them. And go to health food store and purchase some B1 vitamins.

Take the B1 vitamins before you go to the house of someone with bugs at their house. then spray their sheets with the off. then before you get in your car, if it has cloth seats, spray some off on your car seats and head rest. Roll down windows so you dont breath it into your lungs, its poison.

When you go home go STRAIGHT to your bathroom . Take off all your clothes and underwear while standing in the shower or bathtub and put clothes you had on directly into a plastic bag that you tie up tightly. Wash your hair with shampoo, use lots of soap and scrub your body.

Wash those clothes with hot water with plenty of soap and spray your own bed 2with off before you lie down in it.

do not put the clothes you had on for a minute on a carpet or with other dirty clothes. If you can’t your clothes right away put theminto a plastic bag and tie it tightly so none of the critters climb out into your room. They’re very tiny in some cases so do this entire regimine RELIGIOUSLY.

Dry them in a hot dryer.

If possible dry your hair with a hot dryer to kill eggs and bugs.

Rub oil like coconut or olive oil onto your body after your bath or shower. Its good for your skin and suffocates any bugs in your skin.Rub it into your eyebrows and lashes, pubic hair, and hairline. You don’t need a lot, you shouldn’t be feeling greasy afterwards. Anyway, stop using any commercial lotions containing mineral oil, petroleum or parrafin as they all are carcinogens that seep through your skin into your bloodstream. Always use only natural oils on your skin at all times.

This regimin works but you must remain faithful to it.

Well you should help her get rid of the bed bugs by if she has Alot of bedbugs then she should buy a new matress but is she cant afford a new matress then this is what you do: vacum the matress thoughly and take off any sheets and blankets and wash them immediatley in hot water. Then after you have vaccumed the bed thoughly apply a sealable cover to the bed. Also if it is really bad vaccum the house very thoughly especialy in cracks and crevices. And wash all of her colthes too in hot water.

http://www.ehow.com Type in get rid of bed bugs. You could help her. A mattress pad and covers for her pillows, from places like Target, on her mattress for a year can kill the bugs, They can go a year without food. Rubbing alcohol is good for the bites. Washing the clothes, sheets and things in hot water with a half cup of baking soda and putting a cup of vinegar in the rinse water can kill bugs.
