What is a great way to get rid of bed bugs?
I have bed bugs. It has gotten to an overwhelming point though. I can’t sleep for nothing. It got to a point where I had to take sleeping pills to keep me knocked out because I had to get up to work. I tried cleaning the room and spraying down everything with bed bug killer. It stopped for about a week and little by little they popped up again.

I really don’t think there is a GREAT way, its Alot of work and persistence!
You need to do it when you have a day off- take all the sheets comforter and anything made of material within 5 feet of the bed and dry it on HIGH heat for one hour. that kills the live ones and the babies. WHile that’s drying (try a laundry mat so you can Door it all at once and not recontaminate the other stuff) you need to vacuum EVERYTHING in the house that you can , and spray the poison. Then get the powder and get a VERY large plastic sheet and wrap the mattress very well. Seal with tape and leave it that way for about 2 months. You can sleep on it but leave it sealed, make it into a HUGE zip lock bag. Then keep spraying every day for 2 weeks and leave the bed like that for about 2 months. If you can afford it get a new bed.

I have been though all that. I feel your pain. We tried everything you could ever imagine, fogger stuff, sprays, and exterminators…but those evils always find the way to come back to bite us. Finally we found Bed Bug Powder from the site below, and it worked!! It is organic powder that is safe to humans and pets. I would recommend you using steamcleaner first to kill the existing bed bugs. Heat can kill bed bugs without messing your room up. 🙂
Then use Bed Bug Powder on your bed. We have not been bitten for at least 2 years since we started using it. Good luck.
