wash often in hot water and bleach. dont make your bed in the morning. bed bugs like the warm moist covers. if you leave the bedding open to the air they will die out.

mix bleach and water together and scrub your mattress. ( why didn’t you come with your own mattress??) let the mattress dry completely before putting the bedding on. also, clean your carpets and bedding. Make sure you get rid of all the bed bugs.

Bed bugs can infestate in and around mattresses, covers, head boards, frames even clock radios, night lights, night stands and all furniture as well as carpet, etc. You need to call the department of health after calling the landlord, who needs and is required to call a professional exterminator…Good Luck…

get a new matteress & box spring & call an exterminator. They are very tenacious critters & they can live in the walls & baseboards as well… There really isn’t an effect home remedy. only an experienced exterminator can solve your problem… maybe your landlord will pay for half…
