How can you get rid of bed bugs?
I’m itching in my bed and was wondering how to get rid of mites and other bed bugs. Do they sell a spray to get rid of them?

Use a sponge and a little soap. Make sure you scrub hard. Or buy a bed sheet
simple:
take of all your bed sheeting, and throw it all in the laundry.
if they are on your mattress then wash it with a sponge with hot soapy water.
Steam them off you can buy or rent a steam cleaner but it will have to be done regularly as some eggs remain and hatch so you have to break the cycle .They also get into carpets etc
