A question about bed bugs on clothes?

We have bed bugs where I’m staying and I’m just going to up and leave. Just going to go somewhere else that isn’t infested and I want to keep it that way. I can’t afford to throw out my son and I’s clothes and buy new. Will it damage my clothing to wash it on the hottest water possible? Or what about if I put them in plastic bags and placed them in a chest freezer? Or if I steam ironed them? We’re going to wash and dry everything at the laundromat, I was thinking of getting some things dry cleaned. What do you think?

1. Steam is effective at killing bed bugs and eggs
2. If you use the chest freezer make sure that the temperature is at 0 degrees F. and keep the items frozen for at least four days.
3. If you use hot water make sure that the temperature is at least 120 degrees F
