Sleep tight all through the night so in the morning there wont be a fight! lol

Parent- I love you all the way to the sky.
Child- I love you all the way to the moon.
Parent- I love you all the way to the moon…………………….. and back.

I see the moon,
And the moon sees me;
God bless the moon,
And God bless me!

Good night, sleep tight,
Wake up bright
In the morning light

The Man in the Moon looked out of the moon,
Looked out of the moon and said,
“‘Tis time for all children, on the earth
To think about getting to bed!”

Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, shut the door.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, count to four.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, reach up high,
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, wink one eye.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, put away your shoes.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear that will do.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, touch your nose,
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, touch your toes.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, climb in bed.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, rest your head.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, covers to your chin.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, I’ll tuck you in.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, make a wish.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, goodnight kiss.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, turn off the light.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, say goodnight.

A candle, a candle To light me to bed; A pillow, a pillow To tuck up my head. The moon is as sleepy as sleepy can be, The stars are all pointing their fingers at me, And Missus Hop-Robin, way up in her nest, Is rocking her tired little babies to rest. So give me a blanket To tuck up my toes, And a little soft pillow To snuggle my nose.

Come to the window, My baby, with me, And look at the stars That shine on the sea! There are two little stars That play bo-peep With two little fish Far down in the deep; And two little frogs Cry “Neap, neap, neap;” I see a dear baby That should be asleep.

Funny story…I once told my son “don’t let the bed bugs bite” I forget how old he was. All I remember is bedtime taking forever that night because he was afraid of bugs in his bed!! Kids are funny. When you find something they like, a routine that suits them, it’s forever! My son, now 15 still says the same prayers and blesses the same people now that he has for geeze I don’t remember how long!! Good luck! Remember it’s the consistancy that brings the comfort!
