Try bug-bombing it using one of those bug bombs for household use that you can buy at grocery stores or Home Depot. Remove everything from inside the car that is not part of the car (personal items, blankets, clothing, etc.) Park the car in a well-ventilated area where people, especially animals and children, are not near. It should also be in an area that is nowhere near any source of spark or flame. Roll up the windows. Set the bug bomb and leave the car alone for at least 6 to 8 hours. That ought to take care of it, but remember that the bug bomb contains poison, so it would be a good idea to have your upholstery professionally shampooed after you do this, in fact, I’d shampoo it a couple of times at least.

If these are bed bugs, their eggs may have an incubation period of about a month, and I don’t think the bug bomb will destroy the eggs. Keep an eye out, and if you notice more bugs in about 4 weeks, do another bug bombing. Keep that up until you notice no bugs coming back. Good luck!
