Wash your sheets in really hot water in the washer then take some water and mix it with amonia or pine sol and wipe down your bed with a rag and let it dry hopefully that works a word to the wise don’t eat food in your bed

OHHH I REMEMBER READING THIS SOMEWHERE!! for your pillow you put it in the dryer with tennis balls and i am pretty sure that you do the same for the sheets but im not sure tho :/
you just have to wash the sheets
