the bites seems to reappear after the recovery,and it become itchy and swelling again at the SAME site of the bites before,what happen actually?

How long in between them seeming to get better and then reappearing? If just a few hours then they may be the same bite but i much longer than they are likely new bites.
What have you done to treat for the bedbugs? You need to get working on them before they get too bad. You will need a good PCO for a pesticide appraoch and some non-chemical products for the ones that are chemcial resistent which is happening more often these days.
kleen-free. com has some good products that work to control and kill bedbugs and they are safe to use around people, pets, plants, etc.
