They make foggers that you can use in your house to get rid of these pesky critters. You can buy them at your local Ace Hardware, Menards, Home Depot, ect.

This can be a costly exercise. Like steam cleaning your mattress. But first, strip your bed and thoroughly vacuum your mattress. Take your blankets, covers etc, outside and hang them in the sun for a few hours. Meanwhile, wash your sheets in hot water and add some cloudy ammonia (available in the laundry section of your supermarket) to the final rinse. If that doesn’t help, you may have to have your mattress steam cleaned.
