Sure it has, cold water does nothing to kill bed bugs, hot water does.
But thats not why there back,
maybe because we stopped using insecticides, and poisoning the world.
kind of like if we stop imunizing our children the long forgotten diseses will return in time.
also keep in mind most people don’t know what a bedbug looks like and we stopped looking for them.

Not really, its mostly from not washing your bed in a long time. Always use hot water for your bed. Unless u have a stain on you bed us cold 🙂
