Schedule a appointment with your Family Profession Medical Doctor and see if he can intro-size any medication to you for the absolute mean while.

You may end up needing an exterminator to deal with this but I think you should look at some do-it-yourself options that you can spray on your furniture including your mattress to see if it is salvagable.
There are several chemical free bedbug products available. The one that I have used is called BedBug Terminator and it is sold online by a company called Kleen-Free. It will kill the bedbugs on contact as well as their eggs. You just spray it everywhere for a few days.
You do need to be patient and persistent with this or any treatment as bedbugs hide well and can go weeks without feeding.
Also, not sure if you live in an apartment and if the bedbugs have spread or not but everyone needs to treat them and not just you – maybe you can split the cost of whatever you choose.

I went camping about two weeks ago, i came home and the next day i’ve discovered bed bug bites over my body. My friend’s father is an exterminator, and i asked how much it would cost its’ about 700-1000 dollars. i can’t afford that, so he could instructions on how to get rid of them myself .

The first thing you have to do is take your sheets, blankets, pillows, and clothes. and throw them in the dryer, turn on your highest setting and let it dry for about 30 minutes. Bed bugs will be killed under extremely high heat. take your bed and put a plastic cover over it to suffocate them. Then, while everything is out of your room, get Raid indoors & garden max. spray it all over your room, on your floor and on the walls, make sure your window and door is closed. cover your mouth while doing this. when you’re done spraying, get out of the room and close your door, wait for about half an hour until you go back in. after you’re done that vaccuum everything! you will have to vaccuum daily. in about two weeks they should be completely gone!
