if the case is that bad, you need to have them professionally taken care of. they freeze them.
I had a really bad case too. I’ll tell you what I did to get rid of it.
First of all, put all your bedding in a plastic bag (to prevent from spreading the bugs). Throw all your bedding in the laundry. ALL of it. Preferably wash it in hot water (if it’s not colors), and definitely have heated drying.
In the meantime, pour 90% ethanol all along the crevices of the bed frame, mattress, and box spring. Do this preferably during the daytime and open all your windows to let the fumes out, so that the odor and fumes of the ethanol will be gone by the time you go to bed.
This did it for me!
Also, keep your house clean – don’t leave piles of clothes on the floor, etc. Bed bugs like to hide anywhere, in dark places. Keep everything clean and that would be a good preventative measure for you.
