does enyone know a good remidy to get rid of bed bugs?
i recentley found that i have theese critters and i am not shure whare thay came from but thay are eating me alive need a reasonabley inexpincive way to kill them eny idias?p.s. thanks to the good and nice peaple with real answers, and to the meen peaple i dont need youre comments.

I don’t think there’s any way to get rid of them except to throw away the mattress.

Usually these bugs need air to live, so you can buy or use a system of isolating for a period your sheets and pillows. There is a kind of vacuum the air from some sort of bags and all living creature including dust mites are killed by the lack of air. Zepter has such a system and probably some other brands.
