Every apartment complex has a leasing office where the property manager & leasing staff work. This is where you call if you have a problem with your apartment. If you have called them and you feel nothing has been done to your satisfaction…then find out who owns the property. Every apartment complex is owned by a leasing company, and should have a customer relations email or phone number.

Look on your lease or rent statement for the information. Or you can also do an online search for your apartment complex (like on Google).

I live in an apartment complex where I had to deal with a problem for 3 yrs and nothing was done by the leasing office staff to fix the problem like it should have been. I contacted the customer relations department and the problem was fix, a member of the leasing office staff was even fired because they didn’t get the problem fixed when it first happened.

They are only responsible for the bugs. Your renter’s insurance will cover the furniture. Call your agent.

If it’s proven the bugs were caused by the complex, your insurance company will go back on them.
