To completly get rid of them all..
you’ll need a new mattress, new sheets, new comforter, new pillows and pillowcases.
those nasty things cost money!
both of the answers previously provided are, unfortunately, insufficient as it is a common misconception that they buggers only live in the bed / bedding. They can live ANYWHERE, but find their subject on the bed.
The process of getting rid of them completely is probably not something that can be accomplished without the help of a professional because they are so difficult to find, exceptional at hiding (and moving if one area is sprayed), and resistant to many types of aerosols.
Be absolutely certain that you get a guarantee from the company doing the application because many times they are wrong and the unscrupulous companies will try to get more money from you for a job half finished. There are very few cases of this problem being resolved in one application.

All of this could be a lot easier (and far cheaper) if DDT was not erroneously banned for residential use.

To completely get rid of them Thai Bry has given you a godo answer but it will not completely work IF you have some bedbugs that are chemical resistent so, in addition to what he has recommended, I would suggest you also get some sor tof chemical free spray that you can use to supplement the work of the PCO.
The ones that I see mentioned most often come from a company called Kleen-free and they work on contact with the bugs so you need to spray them anywhere theymay be hiding and repeat the application each day.
