If my apartment has bed bugs..should i tell the landlord? I am scared of getting evicted?
I hve bed bugs in my apartment but I am scared to tell my landlord cause I am scared he may evict me. Am I crazy to think that? Can he do that?

He can’t do that, but he does have to call an exterminator before they spread to the rest of the apartment building!

I work in a hotel and one of our guests claimed he was bitten by bed bugs, he called the health department on the hotel and after looking through the room determined we did not have them. He said to look for what looks likes like little blood spots on your sheets, and that the bugs only comes out at night. If you do have the bugs you will need to throw your bed mattress out. I don’t think your landlord can evict you.
