Are talking about Fleas? Bed bugs you usually don’t see. To kill bed bugs, wash your bedding in HOT water and vacuum everything.

I would buy a new bed. Definitely don’t spray pesticides where you sleep. Many are neurotoxins, and you don’t want even small amounts in your system.

are you talking about those tiny blackish little bugs that have hard shells and can fly? because we had a problem with those too and they were everywhere in our house and so we had to buy Raid Foggers (you put them in a room and leave and then it sprays chemicals and it works up to two months) and spray the whole house. that seemed to work for us.

Bed bugs live in your mattress not just the sheet. They are extremely hard to kill off and you need to get your mattress professionally fumigated. You’re probably better off getting a new mattress and bedsprings.

Squashing them is out of the question. What you should have done since the problem first arised was to get rid of the bed, take everything out, and then used a fumigating bomb. After that you must clean your room (using a mop, sponges ect.) That is the only way the bed bugs will be gone for good. Once they are gone, try keeping your room clean as best as you can. Also, wash your sheets regularly for these are contributing factors for bed bugs. If you feel that they are too many, I suggest that you call an exterminator.

You mean cockroaches? You should NOT be able to see bed bugs. I would get a new bed!!!! You should change your mattress every 7-10 years.

First of all vacuum all mattresses and everything! Then buy some rid spray and spray all mattresses well! The rid spray is used when someone has lice. But also works for bed bugs!
