My apt withheld info that the whole building is infested with bugs
and I am all bit up. I need an attorney in los angeles so I
can get money to move

Not sure if that is a disclosable event or not. If you withhold rent with out cause you may end up in the wrong end of the court case.

Have you talked to the landlord about paying for treatment and have you tried doing anything yourself like a chemical free treatment that may help control them. Kleen-Free. com has a couple of good products that will help to control bedbugs when sprayed on them and they act as a good supplement to what a PCO will likely recommend.

Good luck and too bad about the state of the building you are in.

1st – – contact landlord. If does nothing, then . . .
2nd – – contact local Health Department through city hall.
