There is a big difference between bed bugs and dust mites. If you have bed bugs the only way to get rid of them is to call in a professional pest control person, they are very hard to get rid of if you dont know what you are doing!

I wold add BedBug Terminator by Kleen-Free to what you are using. They have ben making chemical free bedbug products for quite a few years now and the Terminator one ( I think it is called EcoBugFree) is their newest one.
