The best way to get rid of them is to wash everything in very hot water, shampoo or somehow deep clean the carpet, and throw away any large upolstered items like a mattress or couch because you can never fully get them out of there. Sorry, they are nasty little buggers. As for commercial sprays i do not know any specific ones, but you can try a pet store mabe it the local grocery store isn’t helpful.
