Can cold weather kill bed bugs?

I moved into a new building and it may have bed bug. Can the cold weather kill them if I put my rug out in the cold.

maybe but as soon as u bring it back in it will be re populated it also matter the temp out side and out thick the rug is and how many bugs are in it and how long its out for just so u know there is organisms on every thing in your house if you got bugs in your rug but i would have 2 say no they need 2 be killed by exsterminator

no. Only very hot weather will kill bed bugs.

that’s nasty but i don’t think cold weather will help you try burning your rug that may work

usually bed bug are everywhere if found in one area. you have to disinfect everything. clean the whole house, call the exterminator. Weather alone isn’t goin to solve your problem.
