What to do to get rid of bed bugs?
I just discovered that I have bed bugs in my townhome most likely due to a neighbor next door that I was just informed had them 3months ago. The leasing office has been informed but has not come out yet what can I do to be comfortable in my home until then.

To get rid of bed bugs, you must contact an exterminator (Pest Control Operator). Home remedies may give limited relief but bed bugs will continue breeding and you will have a much bigger problem within weeks. They are very tenacious and usually require two or more visits from a professional. The exterminator should come back two weeks after the first treatment, and if you see bugs during the following two weeks after the second visit, they should come again, until two weeks pass and you see no live bugs, and feel no bites. The eggs take time to hatch and the sprays do not kill the bugs, so once the eggs hatch there will be bed bugs (this happens within two weeks). Follow all of the exterminator’s instructions exactly.

My father told me that you only get bed bugs if you do not keep clean or do not wash anything. Try cleaning your home or going to a friends house until they come. did they bite??? If they did do not worry there only bed bugs they wont harm u
My brother had this problem a few months ago and basically you have to get your suite fumigated. The whole process take about a week and you have to move all your furniture out, or at least get it all covered real good.
Does it work? Kind of. From what I understand, it’s more of a relocation of the bugs rather than a complete extermination. You really need the WHOLE BUILDING to be fumigated to have a decent shot at the bugs not returning.
Well Tara, you need to get some bug spray, and spray the area and shut the door. Be sure to spray the whole house so all of them will get rid of the bed bugs one time. ( Be sure to use lots of spray. Raid bug in the red can is the best thing to use.It kills bugs on contact.) If it doesnt work, use it daily, and your problem will be solved in a moment. Hope this helped.
