How do you get rid of bed bugs?
I have bed bugs all over my apartment! I have no clue how they got in my house. I’ve never had them before and I don’t know how to get rid of them! help me please they are every where. I cant even sleep at night because I’m scared they are going to bite me!
and yes i do take showers!!!!

Youll have to call an exterminator. thats the only way to get rid of them.
my mom had a terrible infestation in her house, it was cluttered with garbage and they were living in it. so if your apartment is dirty, clean it. it wont get rid of the bedbugs, but it will surely give them less breeding space.
also, after sterilizing, youll need to place all bedding and linens and clothes in those big ziploc closet bags for 18 months. i know it sounds crazy, but its the only way to ensure that the eggs and bugs within them die (they will suffocate or starve to death after 18 months). also, get a metal bed frame and make sure that your blankets/sheets are never touching the floor. they cant crawl up smooth, polished metal bed frames.
heres an interesting fact a learned about them, too; at night, they can sense the carbon dioxide that you breathe out. thats how they find people and animals to bite at night.
You can buy this stuff called Bes Bug Rid or you may want to try taking a shower sometime in the near future
