How can I get rid of bed bugs? There are in the electrical outlets and my fuse box? Can I spray in there?

No! they should die on their own in there but I would use a vacuum cleaner, as for the bed I would change it for a new one and turn the mattress every few weeks or so and obviously boil the bedsheets often.
