I have been bitten by bed bugs at a Marriott hotel?
What are the hotel responsibilities, I made the report the first week and was told the test came back negative but the second week I found a bug on the bed they apologized and blame the lab for the incorrect report the first time. Should I start a law suit?
Thanks for the quick answers. I said lawsuit because I reported the incident and they put me through a whole other week of suffering for their negligence. I have 150 bites.

A lawsuit…you think you won the lottery?
How about asking them to comp you a few nights?

no.? Did the bugs kill you? no. You might be able to get a law suit, but i wouldn’t. Thats kinda mean. They didnt mean to do that. Its not that serious… Go to a different hotel then…
