If your in an apartment I would say no, because the fogger will only get them to flee into another apartment, but if your in a home then yes if you use a whole house fogger with the active ingredient Pyrethrum. If you are in an apartment or attatched townhome, condo, etc. They will only flee into other areas and come back when the fog is gone.

I would get an exterminator if it was me.

What do you think? Answer below.

I’ve had bed bugs in my house before and I got rid of them with a hand-pump and poison, that kind of poison you to dilute in water to a certain porpotion, strong stuff which I think it’s also used in currals for livestock. It is sold in specialised stores and it’s not expensive, but it’s deadly!

And the only way to get rid of bugs was to get rid of all the mattresses, take the beds apart (when possible) spray each beam and cracks where the bugs may hide. Spray each room , one at a time, and when you’re done in one room, leave the windows open for the water to evaporate, and leave the residue.
Spray all the carpets and floors, inside cabinets, especcially all corners and cracks. Spray any other upholsterry, such as sofas, just as a precaution — However if your sofas have bed bugs as well, you will have to get rid of them, I’m sorry.
Also all bedding and linnen and even clothing worn in bed needs to be des-infested by washing them in high temperatures.
We practically sprayed all the surfaces in the house….Then you need to leave the windows open for the water to evaporate which leave the residue behind….which will kill any bug that dares come again, for about a year….
It goes without saying that you will have to leave the house for it to dry, and also to put all uncanned food in the fridge or outside of the house.

Yes, but those fogger things can only kill the existing bed bugs. Then they will be back shortly. Trust me!! I have been though all that. We tried everything you could ever imagine, but those evils always find the way to come back to bite us. Finally we found BedBugPowder from the site below, and it worked!! It is organic powder that is safe to humans and pets. Use the foggers first, I would recommend you using steamcleaner better though. Heat can kill bed bugs without messing your room up. 🙂
Then use BedBugPowder on your bed. We have not been bitten for at least 2 years since we started using it. Good luck.

Nope, they do not have enough of a killing agent in them to do the job.

The best way to kill them yourself is to:
1) Get rid of your mattress and box spring. You may not want to, but you will NEVER get rid of them otherwise.
2) Treat you bed frame, flooring, baseboards and other areas around your bed with a residual pesticide. (Any pesticide that specifically states that it will last for “3 months” or so. Check the label also to verify that bedbugs are one of the pests that it is labeled to kill.
3) Make sure that all of your bedding, including pillows have been cleaned.

Good luck!
