Does washing clothes in the washer kill bed bugs?
I heard dryer kills the bed bugs in 20 minutes, how about washing and hang to dry??

YES
To be sure that the bugs are dead, you should put the clothes in the dryer. The dry heat will definitely kill them, but washing and air drying might not.
