Wash everything. Clothes, bed sheets, blankets, bodies, everything.

You really need to call an exterminator. This is the only effective way.
throw out your bed
Wash all your linens from your bed in hot water. Then vacuum both sides of your mattress and box springs. To be on the safe side, I would also spray the mattress and box springs with Lysol. And last, vacuum/sweep/mop your floor, even under the bed. If you have a vacuum with a bag, get rid of the bag.
You need to call an exterminator. Bed bugs are extremely hard to get rid of and it is better left to someone who knows what they are doing.
They live in your mattress and come out at night. The best thing to do is throw out the mattress and buy another. Otherwise you will never be rid of them.
Wash everything, but bed bugs can actually get in the mattress and there is no way to get rid of them when they are actually in the mattress, so if they are you will need to get a new one.
Don’t let the bed bugs bite! Sleep tite….
get rid of everything and call and exterminator. sometimes washing everything isnt enough.
Vacuum your bed. Do a good job, if that doesn’t help get a new mattress. When you get that new mattress please vacuum it every week when you change the sheets. Remember to flip the mattress once a month also. Good luck.
That’s why its recommended to take a shower at least once a week, try it sometime.
Yeah, there is this thing that everyone else does that is called hygiene, try it some time, and you may just be satisfied with the results, oh and i helps to wash your sheets every once in a while, especially after those nights that kids like you tend to lose control of your bladder.
