Heat in excess of 120 F for at least 20 minutes. Unfortunately, they are VERY tough to kill. DDT works fine, but is illegal.

An exterminator! Bed bugs are difficult to rid of. If you purchase a product to rid of bed bugs, there is no guarantee that you’ll get rid of them. they spread like roaches. It might be a bit expensive, but at least you’ll know that you got rid of them.
