Bed bugs are a tough problem. I think no matter who you use, its going to be expensive. A bed bug treatment is very invasive, as not just the bed, but the whole room may need be treated. It will involve you stripping the bed of all linens, and washing them in hot water while the tech treats the bed and surrounding area, up to and including the whole room. Do not be surprised if you have to throw out the bed, although this is not always necessary. Also, a second treatment may be required.
