Do you know any medicin or sprey to kill them? How to stop them for ever?

yes .. rid a bug found in the drug store .. also use to spray stuff like furniture when you have a head lice infestation your home or car..

Everything must be kept VERY clean as they DO like dirty areas. You may need a new mattress! I would wash everything down with good hot water and a disinfectant first. Then get a spray or granules that you can sprinkle around.( you must read info on containers and take heed if you have pets or small children.) They have traps for roaches and such but am not sure if any will attract and kill bedbugs.
