What to do about these bedbugs?
2 nights ago, I spotted a bedbug in between my sheets when I woke up. The same night happened yesterday morning & today, I saw 2, I had bedbugs about a year ago, I got rid of the mattress but now their back? What should I do? Do not say get professional help because I do not have the money for that now, any other suggestions?

Say no more, it’s all there…and it appears that Pesticides are the only choice…Don’t let the bedbugs bite.. 🙁

That is simply not true. The Reason that bedbugs goto beds is that they Drink our Blood! They live close to where people sleep, and yes although cleanliness is important it is not at all how to get rid of them.
They live in the folds around the rim of the matress mainly to avoid you and cleaning…they hide in places you couldn’t get with a vacuum if you tried for a week.
They are persistent and near impossible to get rid of. My sources? Toronto Public Health Department, CBC News, WIKIPEDIA…so please before you give false hope….read up on the subject you are answering…They are very difficult to get rid of but not impossible…Certainly not as easy as you said…

That happened to me once. Its soo simple, no need for any professional help and whatnot. All you have to do is clean your room. Clean absolutely everything and vaccum the carpet. Then after that, take a shower. Wear clean clothes. You are bug- free.
The main reason that bed-bugs go into your room is that you might leave rubbish on the floor – which attracts them. So clean out all of your rubbish.
