Lysol believe it or not is the best thing you can spray on your bed / sofa to kill those bugs. Hope it helps some.

Call pest control or put a plastic sheet on your bed!
buy a new bed! or either have an exterminator come in or move out, but make sure they don’t move with you. but at the very least put tons of plastic covers over your mattress and box springs that might help a little bit. i’m sorry you have bedbugs they are NASTY!
