Yes, but it depends.

You will have to raise the temperature to or more than 46C (115F) for a minimum of one hour to include all materials and surfaces that contact the bedbugs. That means if the room temperature is 125F but the bed linens, mattress, baseboard, hiding places and such only reach 110F, the bedbugs will not be affected. And you need also to kill the eggs and larvae – that is why it takes a full hour.

it is too hard to get every place in you home hot. if you are in a cold climate try putting everything outside when it is sub zero for a day. then when your house is empty spray everything in it, use wd40 to spray in every crack and seam. it will penetrate the eggs as well as kill the hatched insects this with an insecticide will work, for a month spray everything soft and stuffed with raid once a week shampoo and vacuum. its a lot of work but they are not easy to find them all to kill them

it would be much easier to just buy a spray. take all the covers off the bed and spray the mattress and box spring. launder the blankets and bed linens, and that should solve your bedbug problem. the spray should kill the bedbugs and their eggs and larvae.
